You are entitled to have access and/or request corrections to your information given. Delivery Policy
Your purchase will be processed within the next 30 days and you will receive a letter and a membership card. If you do not receive your membership card within 30 days of purchase please contact us.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the booking is complete except as required by applicable laws. Season Ticket sales are subject to availability. Once event tickets have been booked, Ticketek terms and conditions of sale apply.
